All orders are subject to availability. If we unable to supply an order, it may be due to not having the product in stock or possibly another reason. However, we will try to offer you a similar product, maybe a different colour or a similar model, if this alternative is not accepted, we will refund your money.
All prices that are shown on our website are in the Euro currency and are inclusive of VAT/IVA. You can select the form of payment that suits you best: Credit card or Paypal. After checking that your order is correct, press the "pay now" button and the selected payment screen will appear.
Deliveries will be received between 4/5 working days from Monday to Friday.

If delivery cannot be made within 4/5 working days, due to unforeseen circumstances, igorshop will be in contact with the customer.
You can meet the delivery status of your order from the 'My Orders' section within your account.
If you wish to change your order for another size, it has to be done within seven working days of when you received the product. For the first change Igorshop will take responsibility for the extra charges.
If the customer wants to change the model or the colour, the extra charges will be the customers responsibility.
Please make sure that the product:
Is in perfect condition.
Has not been used.
Is in its original package.

To make a change you must do the following: Access your "private area" from the main menu. Once you are in your "private area" click on, Changes and refunds.
To change your order, you must comply with these conditions for it to be accepted.
Once the product has been delivered to our Factory, we will start with the process of changing the order.
The customer has fifteen days from the delivery date to withdrawal, totally or partly, from the purchase of the product, according to the current law.
Once fifteen days from the delivery date has passed, Igorshop will not accept refunds or withdrawal from purchase.
To exercise the right to withdrawal, please ensure that the product:
Is in perfect condition
Has not been used
Is in its original package
With the identification ticket attached to the product.
You are entitled to return products which have been delivered by mistake or are faulty. In this unlikely case, we will collect the product from your address as quickly as possible, check the mistake or the fault, then we will send the correct product back to you without extra charge, if the product is not available, we will offer you another product from our catalogue or a full refund.
If you wish to return the product for a reason not related to the state of the product, the transport costs will be the responsibility of the client. We will refund the cost of the product but not the transport costs.
To return a product you have to do the following:

Once you are in your "private area" click on, CHANGES AND REFUNDS.
It is only possible to make changes or returns with products that have been purchased from our online store.
If the purchase has been made from another sales point, please return the product to the place of purchase.
